What The....??

So I was eating dinner with an out-of-town former college mate on Tuesday down
in SoHo when a man walked by. It's common to see people out walking their pets
after work (sometimes I see them at 3:00am, too). But this guy was walking his
pet monkey. I think that's a first for me!

J. Riley, isn't that like illegal or something?

    Are we talking cute little monkey from "Friends" or a chimpanzee? Either way that is definitely an "only in New York" moment. He should be walking that thing through the subway with a little can for change.
